Environmental racism is a systemic issue. Therefore, we need to enact positive changes in the colonial policies and procedures established in current legislations. Bill C-230 and Bill C-28 (learn about these here) would help Canada move towards environmental justice; however, they have yet to pass in the House of Commons. This is where we need YOUR help!
